1、檢查風(fēng)機底座必須牢固，電(diàn)機、電(diàn)機支架等部分螺栓必須鎖緊；
Make sure the blower base fastness and tighten all bolts.
2、風(fēng)機進風(fēng)口必須清潔，排除任何雜物，並(bìng)安裝進口消音器，鎖緊；
Ensure no foreign matters stay on air inlet, install inlet silencer and tighten.
3、檢查三角帶(dài)松緊程度，皮帶(dài)輪確(què)保在一條直線上；
Check V-belts tightness and ensure a pair of pulleys on a straight line.
4、電(diàn)機轉向根據風機要求調(diào)好，禁止風機逆轉；
Adjust motor rotation direction, ensure no reversion.
5、檢查油箱有無潤滑油（N220中負荷工業齒(chǐ)輪油），風機靜止狀态下油位不要高於(yú)油窗中心位置；若高於(yú)中心，多餘的油會從牆闆散熱孔溢出。
Check if there’s lubricating oil in oil tank(N220 Industrial middle load gear oil). Oil level should stay below the center of oil window when the blower is static. Or, surplus oil will overflow from ventilation holes on side plates.
6、確(què)保出風口管道暢(chàng)通無阻(單向閥的方向要正確(què)，閘閥、蝶閥等要打開)，禁止風機帶負荷起動；
Ensure outlet is unobstructed (Check valve with correct direction, keep gate valve, butterfly valve open), and forbid blower overload operation.

7、管道各部分安裝正確(què)（詳情請參(cān)閱羅茨風機、真空泵使用說明書）,風口、彈性接頭、進、出口消音器、單向閥，連接牢固；zqblowercom
Check pipes are installed correctly (Please refer to roots blower/vacuum pump operation manual)and ensure the connections (air vent,flexible joint, inlet&outlet silencers, check valve)are fastness.
8、一切就緒，開機前先用手輕輕轉動皮帶(dài)輪，確(què)保風機輕輕轉動，如有異物請立即排出，方可開機。
Rotate the pulley by hand before starting, to confirm no foreign matters is inside, then start up.
9、 壓力表的注意事項：首先確(què)保壓力表頂端的排氣口通暢。開機前務必先将壓力表開關處於(yú)打開狀态，以免造成壓力表的損壞。
Pressure Gauge NOTICE: Ensure air vent which is on top of pressure gauge is unobstructed. Meanwhile, keep gauge switch be open when start up blower, in case pressure gauge damages.
