Our rotor has used the most advanced technic, one time for all working process of the six-shaft method, to enhance the precision. 特點 Features GRB三葉羅茨鼓風機 GRB three-lobe roots blower 01 GRB GREEN SAFE DEVELOPMENT 出口端 吸入端 Outlet Suction inlet GRB三葉羅茨風機是一種容積式風機，其壓 力可根據用戶的要求在允許的範圍内加以調 節，在機殼内部設置有兩組互朝相反方向回 轉的葉輪，在葉輪與葉輪，及葉輪與殼體間 僅留極小縫隙的狀态下回轉。當葉輪經過吸 入端時，與殼體之間捕捉一定量的空氣，随 葉輪轉旋，空氣側移，壓力逐漸升高再送至 出口端。 GRB is a displacement blower, the pressure can be adjusted according to the requirement of the user in allowing range, there are two impellers in the blower body which rotate in the opposite direction, in order to let the impeller rotate, there are some tiny gap between the impeller to body impeller to impeller. ⑷ 檢查背壓，檢查葉輪是否對中 三葉羅茨風機軸承，並(bìng)調(diào)整好間隙；
⑸ 檢查過(guò)濾器及背壓，加大葉輪與機殼進口處(chù)間隙；
⑹ 清洗葉輪與機(jī)殼，確(què)保葉輪工作間隙；
⑺ 擰緊地腳螺栓並(bìng)調(diào)平底座。
