1、羅茨鼓風機型号
風機的型号是每個廠(chǎng)家根據自己的品牌而制定的，如上圖左側(cè)的型号一欄有型号：錦工50、錦工65等，這些爲風機的具體型号，每個廠(chǎng)家所命名的型号名稱不同，但是50、65指的都是一個意思，就是羅茨風機的口徑大小。
2、口徑
上圖中型号右側(cè)一欄爲口徑，也是上面我提及到的，我們可以看出口徑大小與型号的尾數數字相同，我們在選型的時候，有時廠(chǎng)家說的50A、50B，同爲50口徑，但有一定的差别。
3、轉速
風機轉速，此爲相應型号下的羅茨風機在每分鍾内轉動的圈數，受電(diàn)機轉速、皮帶(dài)輪大小的影響。
4、電機功率
在選型表的上面有不同的色塊，分别代表不同的電(diàn)機功率，一個(gè)顔色代表一種電(diàn)機功率。
5、壓力與流量
壓力參(cān)數與流量參(cān)數不在過多解釋，沒有這兩個(gè)參(cān)數，就沒法進行詳細的型号選定。

羅茨鼓風機按照其工作方式的不同可以粗略分爲單(dān)級與雙級之分，其中隻有一個壓縮級的鼓風機，我們稱(chēng)之爲單(dān)級鼓風機，而将兩台單(dān)級鼓風機串聯起來，對氣體連續進行兩次壓縮的鼓風機我們稱(chēng)之爲雙級串聯鼓風機。
按葉輪頭數分：兩葉羅茨鼓風機和三葉羅茨鼓風機；
按用途分：立窯鼓風(fēng)機(jī)、氣化鼓風(fēng)機(jī)、曝氣鼓風(fēng)機(jī)等；
按介質種類分：空氣鼓風(fēng)機(jī)、煤氣鼓風(fēng)機(jī)、氫氣鼓風(fēng)機(jī)、二氧化硫鼓風(fēng)機(jī)等；
按傳(chuán)動方式分：直聯鼓風機和帶(dài)聯鼓風機等；
按冷卻方式分：空冷鼓風(fēng)機(jī)、水冷鼓風(fēng)機(jī)和逆流冷卻鼓風(fēng)機(jī)等；

羅茨風機特性
由於(yú)採用瞭(le)三葉轉子結構形式及合理的殼體内進出風口處的結構，所以風機振動小，噪聲低。
葉輪和軸爲整體結構且葉輪無磨損，風機性能持久不變(biàn)，可以長(zhǎng)期連續運轉。
風機容積利用率大，容積效率高，且結構緊湊(còu)，安裝方式靈活多變(biàn)。
機(jī)種齊全，可滿足不同用戶(hù)不同用途的需要。
羅茨風機運行條件
1、輸送介質的進(jìn)汽溫度通常不得大於(yú) 40℃。
2、介質中微粒的含量不得超過(guò) 100mg/m3，微粒大尺寸不得超過(guò)小工作間(jiān)隙的一半。
3、運轉中軸承溫度不得高於(yú) 95℃，潤(rùn)滑油溫度不高於(yú) 65℃。
4、使用壓力不得高於(yú)銘牌上規定的升壓範(fàn)圍。
5、羅茨鼓風機葉輪與機殼、葉輪與側(cè)闆、葉輪與葉輪間隙在出廠(chǎng)時已調好，重新裝配時要保證該間隙。
6、羅茨鼓風(fēng)機運行時，主油箱、副油箱油位必須在油位計兩條紅(hóng)線之間。
7、檢查進出口聯接部位有無忘記緊固的地方，配管的支承件是否完備(bèi)。需用冷卻水的鼓風(fēng)機、真空泵要檢查冷卻水的安裝是否符合要求。
高壓水冷羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)降低能耗的方法：
1、選擇合理的安裝位置，減少彎頭，使出水口正對(duì)著(zhe)水池。
2、縮短管路。
3、擴大出水管徑。
4、在進(jìn)水可以保持清潔(jié)的情況下，可以去掉濾網。
5、調整軸向間隙，防止葉輪口環和軸向間隙的不恰當(dāng)，使用的時候根據水泵的出廠(chǎng)說明進行調整。
6、及時清除管道堵塞物。清除留在進(jìn)水管、葉輪或者導(dǎo)流殼流道裏面的異物。
7、防止水泵進氣。水泵如果進瞭(le)空氣，出水量就會減少，需要對(duì)各個密封部件進行檢查維護。
