進口羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)工作原理：
進口羅茨風機爲容積式風機，輸送的風量與轉數成比例，三葉型葉輪每轉動一次由2個葉輪進行3次吸、排氣，與二葉型相比，氣體脈動變少，負荷變化小，機械強度高，噪聲低，振動也小。在2根平相行的軸上設有2個三葉型葉輪，輪與橢圓形機箱内孔面及各葉輪三者之間始終保持微小的間隙，由於(yú)葉輪互爲反方向勻速旋轉，使箱體和葉輪所包圍著(zhe)的一定量的氣體由吸入的一側輸送到排出的一側。各支葉輪始終由同步齒輪保持正確的相位，不會出現互相碰觸現象，因而可以高速化，不需要内部潤滑，而且結構簡單，運轉平穩，性能穩定，适應多種用途，已運用於(yú)廣泛的領域。

進口羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)轉子檢修的質量标準要求如下：
1、轉子不應(yīng)有砂眼、氣(qì)孔等缺陷。
2、轉子組裝時兩端軸頸的平行度偏差應不大於(yú)0.02mm，兩端面與牆闆的平行度偏差應不大於(yú)0.05 mm。當風機進出口方向和主軸位置不變(biàn)時，轉子壓力角間隙應在轉子水平線成45°角兩個位置上調整。不同型号的風機轉子各部間隙不同。
3、轉子應進行動(dòng)靜(jìng)平衡校驗。
4、軸與轉子垂直度公差應(yīng)不大於(yú)0.05 mm。

1、輸送介質的進(jìn)汽溫度通常不得大於(yú) 40℃。
2、介質中微粒的含量不得超過(guò) 100mg/m3，微粒*尺寸不得超過(guò)最小工作間(jiān)隙的一半。
3、運轉中軸承溫度不得高於(yú) 95℃，潤(rùn)滑油溫度不高於(yú) 65℃。
4、使用壓力不得高於(yú)銘牌上規定的升壓範(fàn)圍。
5、羅茨鼓風機葉輪與機殼、葉輪與側(cè)闆、葉輪與葉輪間隙出廠(chǎng)時已調好，重新裝配時要保證該間隙。
6、羅茨鼓風(fēng)機運行時，主油箱、副油箱油位必須在油位計兩條紅(hóng)線之間。

羅茨風機操作注意事項
1、KAYSEN羅茨風機運行時做好記錄，以便早期發現異常，並(bìng)給故障原因調查提供有利參(cān)數。
1) 電(diàn)源電(diàn)壓、運行電(diàn)流值、頻(pín)率;
2) 吐出壓力;
3) 大氣(qì)溫(wēn)度、吐出溫(wēn)度、軸承部溫(wēn)度;
4) 振動、噪音;
5) 潤(rùn)滑油位、油髒污情況(kuàng)等。
2、KAYSEN羅茨風(fēng)機流量調(diào)整方法：
流量大小不能通過開關閥門來調整。錦工羅茨風機是容積型壓縮機。關閉(bì)閥門，壓力上升，錦工羅茨風機超負荷運轉，易被燒壞。故出口管道的閥門必須完全打開。隻能通過調整頻率來改變(biàn)轉速從而改變(biàn)流量和軸功率或增設溢流管道來調整流量。
3、KAYSEN羅茨風機出口壓力表開關應處於(yú)長閉(bì)狀态，隻有在檢修後試機或需測定壓力時才将壓力表開關打開。

按類型、型号進行選擇

德國(guó)KAYEN羅茨風(fēng)機使用的注意事項：
●起動前的準備：
檢查各部位緊固情況，檢查進、排氣管和機(jī)組在基礎(chǔ)上的安裝質量。
按照電動機銘牌要求接通電源，確(què)認電動機轉向正確(què)後再與鼓風機接通，鼓風機嚴禁反轉，電動機功率≥22KW時，應採(cǎi)用降壓啓動裝置。
向軸承油箱和齒(chǐ)輪(lún)油箱内加入潤滑油，油量應加到圓形油标的中線。
全部打開進排氣管道上閥(fá)門，用手盤動(dòng)鼓風機主動(dòng)軸，應靈活無阻滞，仔細傾聽有無不正常響聲。
●空負荷試運轉：
空負荷試運轉是指鼓風機在進排氣口閥門全部打開情況下進行的試運轉，新安裝或大修後的鼓風機都應該空負荷試運轉，持續時間不少於(yú)30分鍾，(排氣出口可採(cǎi)用放空裝置)，靠近風機出口處，一定要安裝放空閥，風機試運轉後，慢慢關掉放空閥，請按銘牌上的壓力使用，嚴禁超壓使用。
試運轉時應注意鼓風機有無不正常的撞擊、摩擦等響聲，各部位不允許有過高的溫度，不正常的氣味或冒煙現象，還應檢查軸承處(chù)振動(dòng)是否正常，如有上述現象，應立即停機，查明原因，排除故障。
●正常帶(dài)負(fù)荷持續運轉：
經試運轉良好的機組，方可帶(dài)負荷持續運轉，此時逐步緩慢地調(diào)節閥門，直到滿負荷，切不可一次突然升壓到滿負荷，也不允許超負荷運轉，以免損壞機組。
正常運轉時油箱内用普通機油潤滑時，機油溫度一般不應高於(yú)65C°。軸承部位在X、Y、Z三個方向的振動(dòng)速度均方根值(有效值)應不大於(yú)11.2mm/S。
Precautions for using roots fans
●Preparation before starting:
Check the tightening of each part, and check the installation quality of the intake and exhaust pipes and the unit on the foundation.
Connect the power supply according to the motor nameplate, and confirm that the motor is turning correctly before connecting it to the blower. The blower is strictly prohibited to reverse. When the motor power is ≥ 22KW, a step-down starting device should be used.
Add lubricating oil to the bearing oil tank and gear oil tank, and the oil volume should be added to the center line of the round oil gauge.
Fully open the valves on the inlet and exhaust pipes, and move the active shaft of the blower by hand. It should be flexible and non-blocking. Listen carefully for abnormal sounds.
● No-load test run:
No-load test run refers to the test run of the blower with all the inlet and exhaust valves open. Newly installed or overhauled blowers should be run at no load for a duration of not less than 30 minutes. (Exhaust outlets can be used Vent device), near the fan outlet, be sure to install a vent valve. After the fan is commissioned, slowly turn off the vent valve. Use it according to the pressure on the nameplate. Overpressure is strictly prohibited.
During the test run, pay attention to the blower for abnormal impact, friction and other sounds. Excessive temperature, abnormal odor or smoke should not be allowed in each part. Also check whether the vibration at the bearing is normal. Shut down immediately, find out the cause, and troubleshoot.
●Continuous operation under normal load:
Only after the well-tested unit can continue to run with load, at this time slowly adjust the valve until it is fully loaded. Never suddenly increase the pressure to full load at one time, and do not allow overload operation to avoid damage to the unit.
When the oil tank is lubricated with ordinary oil during normal operation, the oil temperature should generally not be higher than 65C °. The root-mean-square value (effective value) of the vibration velocity of the bearing part in the three directions of X, Y and Z should not be greater than 11.2mm / S.
